*TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

1) ORDERING
You may order by mail, by phone or fax  at 1-813-961-8427  or by email at orchidspf@verizon.net
At this time there is no minimum order. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
*Quantities of some items may be limited, so we suggest you place your order early to avoid disappointment.

2) SHIPMENT
All plants are shipped in a pot unless otherwise requested. We ship most orders on the following Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS. Either Priority mail or Express Mail (Overnight). Although we ship most of the year, winter shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions in your area . 

3) PACKING & SHIPPING CHARGES     
For all orders we add $10.00 ( small box)or $20.00 ( large box) for packing and handling.
When you order plants from us. Prices do not include shipping. Your actual shipping cost will be charged separately. If placing order through PayPal we will contact you to make shipping arrangements. Please make sure that you include a day time phone number when you place order.
Because of changes in pricing by all shipping services, your shipping charges may be based more on the box size than weight.
We will pack your order into the smallest box possible. Then your package will be weighed and postage will be calculated using USPS click & ship software.
We will then bill you for your postage and handling costs. When payment is received we will then ship your package.
We take great care and pride in our packing and handling of your order.  We want your plants to arrive safe and secure.

4) PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards as well as Pay Pal,
* Personal checks or money orders must be accompanied by a credit card number to be charged for actual postage.

5) GUARANTEE
If for any reason (other than shipping damage) you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the plants within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your money. ( Customer must pay cost of return shipping )
( If plants are damaged or altered from the conditon they were in when shipped,  guarantee is void. )
Because of the rigors of shipping we do not guarantee flowers or buds.
If there is physical damage to the package contact the USPS (United States Postal Service)

6) TAXES
Florida residents must include 7% Sales Tax.

7) WINTER SHIPMENTS
We will insulate your shipment for winter delivery for a nominal fee based on materials used. To further protect your plants we strongly recommend Express Mail for next day delivery.
Customer assumes all responsibility for winter shipments.
Phelps Farm assumes no responsibility for cold damage.

8) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are sorry, but at this time we are only shipping within the United States.
